Yes I turn into a full blown pig when AF is just in sight. It is awful it is like I can't get full and I can eat a ton. Kinda makes me sick thinking about it.

I always want more sweets, but I try to restrain myself because they always make my cramps worse. I just pretend that salad is a bowl of ice cream

i crave sweets, im normally a salt person. when i cant resist buying a candy bar at the grocery checkout AF is ususally soon.
