I am spotting. I think it might turn into AF. I didn't feel any cramps or anything else just was there when I wiped. I am glad I started charting a couple of weeks ago so it wasn't too unexpected.

More than 7 months without a PP period is awesome! Any tricks you'd like to share?

YAY!!!!!! Only a few more months before you've got your TTC date, how nice and handy!

And yes, share some secrets. I know you were a pumping master, but not sure how much you actually nursed Marsi.

I never thought I would say this, but I hope my AF returns soon too!! I have been spotting on and off for a month now, uugh! I just want my cycle back so charting is easier!

I didn't get AF back until 8 months PP with DD1 - I nursed her, only a few bottles and minimal pumping (which I ended up abandoning b/c I could not be bothered, lol). She did not sleep through the night though, and I nursed every 2-4 hrs around the clock.

Well, I had 2 days of very light spotting, but then nothing. Who knows? I am glad she is still away. I wouldn't mind her being away for a long time yet. With DH's job situation TTC is on the back burner for now. We are still loving Marsi as she hits new milestones and is adorable!

In all honesty, I should have gotten AF back a long time ago. Marsi has STTN for more than a month. My pumping supply dropped by half. Marsi only has nursed 1-2x a day since January. I am VERY lucky AF stayed away as long as she has.

Some women find that it takes very little nursing to keep AF away. And for others, the tiniest deviation from exclusive BFing brings AF back immediately!
