I'm coming in way late, but I just wanted to echo what the other girls said about being patient with your body after being on hormones. You may have some crazy cycles for a few months, but maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and your body will bounce right back into normal ovulatory cycles

Oh, no, I just meant that we would use spermicide until ovulation has been confirmed each cycle until we were ready to conceive. I also plan to abstain or use a second birth control, like condom or pulling out (if you count that!) when I notice fertile signs.[/QUOTE]

okay - thanks for clarifying ; best wishes; to paraphrase another post: using artificial methods w/NFP does reduce its effectiveness - I sure want you to be pleased with this - it's great stuff // I hated the Pill. too
**someone asked for an introduction: as I said earlier I am a nurse + certified to teach symptothermal NFP + eco-breastfeeding for child spacing -
--we did miscarry 2X and it was awful - I hoped to help you avoid that situation, but I had misunderstood your immediate desire; we are still raising our 2 youngest - both conceived happily while NFP charting (and trying!) when the doctor said it was okay to try again. I am just learning about posting, smiles, & 'threads' ! I hope to visit again - my husband was a huge help interpreting charts; maybe he's not the norm, though
