AF showed this morning, which means I've officially charted one fully cycle. On the other hand, I'm a little concerned that it was only a 26 day cycle and a 10 day LP. Is this bad? Normal for coming off of bcp? Are we going to have issues when we get to ttc time?

It is a short LP, but entirely normal for coming off of BC. As for whether you'll have issues later, no one can predict that now. You're in a time of transition as the BC hormones leave your body and your own hormones try to figure out what to do with themselves. It's kind of like evaluating the behavior of a drunk and trying to predict what they act like when they are sober. Your body is still "under the influence" so to speak. You won't see what your true fertility is like until all the effects wear off.

10 is short, but it could be shorter. Mine settled at 10 days post bcp, but B6 scooted me to 11... hoping religiously drinking fertilitea and taking the B6 could get me to 12.

BCP can make your LP short for a while. I've heard of people having 4 day LPs after being on hormonal birth control. I wouldn't worry about it right now.

Anyways, congratulations on a first full cycle of successful charting!

I've had 9 days several times shortly after my hormones were regulating...from pregnancy...and I've never had trouble conceiving, just in case you wanted a good story
