We're doing well. We're settling into our house and only have a couple more things to do to be completely finished moving in - a little bit more office/computer stuff to organize and set up, my picture frames/wall art and other decorative stuff needs permanent homes and we have to organize the garage, but that's really it.
Our trip to Canada/formal wedding is this month! I can't believe it's here... we've been planning this since 2010 and it's crazy that it's really here.
Nothing major planned here, just waiting to find out when DH will leave for training. He is getting a new job and it is rumored that they will start training in August. He will have to leave for 5 weeks, which is going to be really hard on the kids but it will be worth it in the long run.
We have a pretty busy month. I'm again having issues finding a doctor who will help with my thryoid condition. We don't have insurance, and even the guarantee to pay at office before services isn't enough for them to want to take me on. I haven't tried the Endo's... was hoping to avoid them but they're on my list for this week.
we still need to find a new vehicle. The good news is Dh says if we buy another van he'll probably take our crappy one to work and leave me the new one. He has a list to start calling, but I bet I'll do it.
We are spending lots of time with Reme and he's loving it. We've elected not to ask to take him to Canada. We had hoped for a bit of maturity that didn't come this year. Maturity or not he will come with next year, but we're thinking of flying and not driving from now on 12 hours of non stop talking is a lot easier to consider with one (maybe two) kid.
We leave in less than a month! I'm sooo excited!

Thank you, she's having a birthday party on Friday and she's so excited. Nobody has RSVP'd yet, so I'm nervous, this is a yearly thing for me though.

There are a few nice things about dh being away every now and then from my experience...it normally makes me remember why I like him...

I cold front has come through and now it's only in the 90s here! Yes, still hot, but compared to the 110 we've been having, it honestly feels like a comfortable 70 degrees YAY for being able to get outside!

I found great joy in accidentally hiding it from myself. Somehow it'd end up on the floor, under the bed, behind my nightstand, etc.

My mommy instinct was spot on for both pregnancies, I even put out girl's clothes for my team green baby
When my thermometer was missing for three weeks I finally found it in a heater vent, I'm pretty sure Eli stuck it in there. I'm always misplacing it, especially since my house is half-packed and everything keeps getting moved around.

I hear you! We're enjoying our breezy 94 degree weather too after the last weekend.

My kids were always interested in mine back when I used one...they hid it so well though that I couldn't even go back to using it now if I wanted to.

Yeah I'd hide it from myself too. I have to admit that comment though and your "cold front" make me laugh Do you have any preference on boy or girl? I know "healthy baby" but...

Dh actually DID ask her today if we could take him if we wanted... and she said yes.... to both this summer AND next summer! But she knows we will most likely NOT take him this year, but is preparing herself for it.
finally got meds for my uti.. i feel much better after only two doses. Been taking azo too... to help with the residual discomfort. So we are in fact ttc this cycle.

That's great news! It certainly gives you less to worry about for next year. I'm glad you're feeling better and sending you lots of baby dust!

now this years trip is in jeopardy. I could bloody well lose my mind. US systems are so backwards... I love my husband, and Reme.. but I want to go home where things make sense! I don't care how many weeks someone works, it's the hours that matters! Unemployment denied... I pity the people we talk to tomorrow.
