OK, I do kegels...maybe not every day, but on days I remember I do them many times a day, but my muscles are still weak down there.

How do you guys remember to do kegels? I was thinking "Gosh I'm having a wet sensation ALREADY?" and then I realized...it wasn't a wet sensation it was like I had peed a little...tmi sorry...and not even realized it.

I've always done them a lot. I usually start them when I feel the first signs of needing to pee. LOL

A pelvic pt has banned me from kegals. Apparently the endo made all of my pelvic muscles really tight, and doing kegals makes them more tight. I'm hoping pregnancy and a vaginal birth will loosen things up a bit. It's one of the reasons I'm praying against a c-section.

You did just have a baby Christen! I find that things strengthen up on their own (even without a lot of Kegels, though they do help) during the first few months PP. Give it a bit more time!

haha that's cool there is an app, I have a dumb phone these days cuz I can't afford to get a new smart phone since mine broke, so...
