So I always see people talking about B6 in the fertility world, in and before pregnancy...what foods have it? (As in if you aren't taking it, how do you get it?)

Good to know! I'll be looking into it if my lp's don't get longer by the time we're ready to ttc. Last month's was 10 days and right now I'm 7-8 dpo depending on whether you believe opk's and cm or my temperatures.

that's good to know, I'm taking b complex this cycle to see if it will help my short LP. Since my cycles returned PP it hasn't been longer than 10 days. We are not trying but when we do again I want things to be pretty normal.
