hi girls ...
well im a little confused as to whats happening , i came off the pill , and i was due af 2 days ago and no sign until yesterday i thought she was going to show herself as i had pain in my side all day , and well i had what id call very weird i had tiny bit blood when went loo but noting on tisiue ,and nothing since pain is gone and well this evening i went to the loo and there was a big glump of discharge on paper and dont no what it could have been sorry tmi ...

if anyone can help ....

I would assume you're ovulating and you'll be getting AF within the next two weeks. From what I've heard it takes your body some time to be regular again after coming off of birth control.

Spotting, one-sided cramping, and stretchy cervical fluid are all ovulatory symptoms, but I'm pretty new at charting still, so I bet some of the other ladies on here could answer your question much better.

Ditto to the previous post. It sounds like you are ovulating. I would expect you to have AF in 2 weeks or so.

It's hard to say if your body will for sure ovulate right now, but the signs suggest that it's trying! Your cycles can be quite irregular after stopping the Pill, so try not to get hung up on dates when you think AF should be due. It will take some time for your hormones to sort themselves out again!

For now, all we can tell you is the spotting and discharge are a sign that you could be fertile right now. Consider yourself fertile while it's present and for 3 days after it stops.
