So today I got up about an hr and a half earlier then normal. I decided I was gonna take my temp and just go with it today. Well I put it into Attain FP and it adjusted to what it probably would have been had I gotten up at 7am. Should I go with this number I use the one I got? Before adjusting it would look like I had another short LP with a temp did today otherwise with it adjusted it looks like a consistent temp.

I always allow them to adjust the temp. I've done a trial run with my temp (being in bed snuggled in and taking my temp ever 20 min but not wanting to get out of bed) and it does go up by about .1 to .125 every 20 min.

You could always note the original temp in the notes section so that way you can always go back in, or you can put it in and mark it disturbed (because it is disturbed).

I always let it adjust too, but if you find waking temperature changes don't make much difference for you, I'm pretty sure there's a way to turn off that setting, or change how much it adjusts by.

Since I never had a regular time when I temped, just whenever I got up, I never adjusted, it looked wonky, but I could still tell when o happened.
