your immune system is fighting off something?

I am showing no symptoms of being sick, but this morning my temp rose again by .5 degrees. I was exposed to four sick people yesterday, could that be why?

It can rise if you actually coming down with the illness yourself and developing a fever. But if you were only exposed to the sick people yesterday, I doubt you'd be developing a temperature already.

Are you temping at the same time every morning? Any alcohol consumption last evening?

Bottom line is not to stress too much about one individual temp. The overall pattern is what counts. If temps continue to remain high, it's also good timing for implantation.

Thanks for your help! I don't seem to be developing a fever, but today I did come down with a mild cold, mostly in the sinus cavity. I have been temping at the same time most days but that particular data point was an hour early. Today it was at the same level so I will keep an eye on it - hoping that this is it!

A cold could do it. Really crappy timing for a cold though, because it's also about the right time for implantation...which can result in a second rise like this!
