"Dips" are not a conclusive sign of ovulation. In fact, any individual high or low is insignificant by itself. It's the overall pattern that counts (3 high temps above 6 lower ones). A single rise or dip can happen for so many reasons no related to fertiltiy at all - alcohol the night before, sleeping with your mouth open, kicking blankets off, using extra blankets, using a/c, etc.
Right now, I'd put your coverline at 97.8. Until you have 3 temps above that, no ovulation confirmed yet.
