This morning when I checked my temp, I realized that there was a tiny little icon on the screen, which meant low battery. I hadn't noticed it before, but I think that's why my chart looks so terrible this month! Gonna need to stop temping this month and get a new one or find that teeny screwdriver my DH says we have to replace the batteries.

What thermometer do you ladies use?

When I temped, I used to use a pink BD. The batteries aren't that hard to change, and then you can keep using the same thermie this cycle. They usually take those little round ones, the kind that go in watches.

Since we started charting CM only with Billings, I don't temp anymore.

I will have to look for that thermometer. Maybe I will look into Billings method.

I just used whatever BBT was sold at Walmart and it worked fine. However, after it started dying right during my fertile time, I started replacing it every few cycles at the beginning of the cycle so I wouldn't run into that problem again. Hopefully you'll O really soon!

I use the one from Wal-Mart too. The batteries it came with died within two months, but they're easy to replace.
