Can I ask... how many hours after arrousal can you chart CM? DH's not here... so I'm not concerned with semen. I showered too... I just want to make sure this slippery feeling and CM I'm getting and have been getting all day is for real. My OPK's are not darkening, but I dont usually get a long lead up on those. Thanks!

My practitioner said arousal fluid should fully dissipate within an hour, provided the arousal doesn't continue. But, I'm not a practitioner myself, so Shawna will probably have to answer this one.

Ditto above! Arousal fluid doesn't linger much past 30 minutes - hour. If you're certain something you observed was related to arousal, you can choose to sort of ignore it and chart whatever else you observed throughout the day. But if in doubt, chart it on it's merits!

Thank you ladies! I did, a few hours later I was still watery and slippery so I charted it as such. I've been slippery and watery the past few days, I think you must have ben right about that 1 days spotting I had being an estrogen drop before my body tried to O again. I think it's trying again and I REALLY hope it does this time. Its been 5/6 days of watery/slippery though I'm starting to loose hope. Let's hope tomorrow is my luck day!

thanks! though im feeling like it didnt happen again, idk why. my OPK's looked promising yesterday and then today they look lighter and my CM is more gloppy ewcm than viscous ewcm...
