I'm not an expert, this is just what I would do... I'd record the actual temp and keep a note for myself that it is possibly disturbed. I wouldn't think a change in room temperature of just a few degrees would make that much difference, and there are other possible reasons why a temp might be out of line. After a few days you can go back and see if/how it fits with the overall pattern and decide whether to keep it or mark it disturbed. Either way I wouldn't use the 2nd temp but maybe make a note of it in case that info is useful later on.
