It's been about three months since I've been on here. I first wanted to let you all know that we did some testing to check what was up with those positive tests. My husband was gone for two months so the day that he got back I asked him to take a blood test. I knew I could not be pregnant because he had been gone for two months, I was in my luteal phase, and we had not had intercourse yet since he had gotten back. Sure enough it came up positive again. Thank you to whoever suggested it could be testing much lower than it stated on the packaging.
It was really rather a relief to know for sure that miscarriages/chemical pregnancies are not an issue. Again, thank you to all of the ladies who made comments who got me to thinking, even though some of the comments were not so nice and perhaps not intended for that purpose.
I have a new question. While my husband was gone I had very easy to read temp charts and symptoms (referring to PMS symptoms I guess). I wish there was a way to post those charts here but they are now two cycles back so they aren't going to show on FF.
Before my husband left my temp charts where very erratic, and my symptoms where crazy. Then while he was gone I had the two very nice charts, nearly identical to one another, very easy to read, and the symptoms where there but not nearly so dramatic.
I've now had one complete cycle since his return, and this chart was really crazy, temps where crazy, EWCM was crazy, and symptoms...(all I can say is I hope it's not that bad again.
Does anybody know if intercourse can affect your hormones that drastically? I know that it affects your hormones to some degree because if I'm nursing a baby I'll have let down during intercourse, and I remember it changing my hormones when I first got married and became sexually active. This is really so strange for me. Just trying to do some more brain/experience picking.
