So I'm on my 3rd cycle after PP and my CM is EW all the time. Is this normal? should it still be this way after 3 cycles? I'm BOM charting and from what I'm picking up I don't think I ovulated yet. My CM stays EW until I get my next period, starting from one period to the other. I think my body is trying an ovulation surge but hasn't gotten to the actual ovulation each cycle. All my charts on paper so I didn't have anything to show, sorry.

it does sound like your body keeps trying to ovulate but hasn't. I had EWM for long bouts of 2-3 weeks all the time before I finally ovulated. Sounds like you could be soon though with all that EWM! But there is no way to know for sure (that you are ovulating) though without temps I think.

I went through a big phase of that, and then did not ovulate. But constant, Idk. Are you temping too?

It's been a while since I've been on JM, anyways this is my fourth cycle being PP and it's still like that. I know that means I haven't ovulated but about 4 days ago I did feel some pain on the right side which I think could be my ovaries trying to start up again. I've been putting this on my BOM chart and just waiting, to be honest though I don't mind as much. I don't plan to TTC again for years from now and until Lori is a bit older so I don't mind not being fertile thank god for FAM BOM and NFP charting Do you know what would be good natural homeopathic remedies for balancing my cycles (cramping, heavy bleeding, ovulation, good fertile health, etc.).

Not tempting just CM with BOM, which my cycles have told me since I haven't had a CM change or a peak day like to dry than there has been no O just yet. I'll just keep charting as usual though might be because I'm still early PP.

If you have anything the same for 2 weeks, no change, it is supposed to be possible to consider it part of your BIP in BOM.

It usually works if your CM is either dry, creamy, or sticky, not EWCM. That's a huge risk to take since that type of CM helps sperm survive 5-7 days and since I never know when will be the cycle when I'll O, going ahead and not being safe could result in another pregnancy. So I use protection all the time when my chart is like that. That's how women get pregnant right after a baby so easy... it's better to be safe than sorry which for me it would be a BIG sorry. I just had a baby through a csection and I don't want the chance of at risk pregnancy. It's very common for a fresh PP women to be so fertile.

After you've had your first cycle things should return to a fairly "normal" state, though sometimes for the entire time a woman breastfeeds things might not be really "normal." (I don't fully believe in normal, hence the quotes.)
