I hate to ask how to not utilize trained instructors who I'm sure earn their money for teaching these methods, but I want to know about these methods just in case and just because. DH had a V and I'm always hoping it will reverse itself, but even if that never happens, I'd like to be conversant in these methods enough to be able to tell others, "If I could do it over again..." I've had a recommendation for Taking Charge of Your Fertility and I will get that maybe soon. Just curious if there were any websites that laid out the process. Thanks.

Honestly, I used the TCOYF book and that's all. It's a pretty great starting point and will give you a basic understanding of the details of the cycle and sympto-thermal FAM.

I got it since this post. Arrived today! I wanted to avoid buying anything, but I got a good used copy inexpensively. I'll start reading it tonight. DH is going to think I'm a werido. lol

For what it's worth, it was worth every penny for me. I loved it! if you do have questions, the ladies in this forum can typically offer some good insight. Good luck!
