Sorry I forgot to post about my follow up appointment.
It went well. The first 2 times I seen her she told me to use the green stickers for dry days, the white babies for any wetness or mucus, and the red one for bleeding. Well this last time she told me that I could start using the plain yellow ones for my BIP (and she told me what my BIP was) So as of now I am only using those 4 stickers.
I have a question but I don't know how to ask it without showing my chart. And I don't have my chart here with me right now.
I'll try though
My BIP includes wet-slight cm, wet-cloudy, wet-nothing (atleast that is what I was told)
this last week my chart looks like this dry, slippery-slight cm, slippery stringy, damp-slight cm, damp-slight cm, wet-cloudy, wet-slight cm, wet-slight cm, wet-cloudy
the last four days are the same as my BIP that my instructor showed me, so would I do my 1 2 3 count and be able to DTD on that 4th day
I am going to try to get my chart on here soon, cause I wanna know what you think about the whole thing

YAY for getting your BIP figured out! YAY for yellow stamps! YES - if you have 3 BIP days in a row, you can DTD on the evening of the 4th BIP day! Then alternating evenings as long as your BIP continues! YAY! Any interruption to the BIP, you count 3 again.
