Just wondering.
I've been on a strict diet and exercise plan for the past 5 weeks and I've lost at least 5-8 lbs.
Today is day 17 for me and I usually have a 30 day cycle. I still have EWCM today but usually it's dried up by now. I've had EWCM only in the mornings from about day 14 and it's dry the rest of the day and night. I had cloudy EWCM (normal) on day 11 and we used withdrawl on day 12 and haven't had sex since then, I'm just wondering what could be happening? My workouts are really intense and I'm trying really hard to lose inches for our wedding! Any thoughts would be welcome.

YES! A big change in diet or exercise can cause some irregularity, but only temporarily. As your body gets used to the new routine, your cycle will normalize again. As long as you are monitoring your fertility day by day, there is no need to worry if you ovulate later or earlier than usual. Just evaluate it as it happens and try not to think with a "rhythm" mentality, that you should or will ovulate on a certain day - because it can vary from cycle to cycle. If you are at all stressed about your upcoming wedding, that can do it too.

Thanks, it's just that O time should be done by now and I was a bit worried

I guess I'm in for a long cycle this month. I'll look for AF on day 31-33!

I have found in the past that exercise/dieting has affected my cycle, although back then we were using NFP to TTC, so it didn't matter as much...
