What set of rules do you follow when TTA? TCOYF rules for FAM? Rules associated with an NFP method? Your own rules? Share them!

We follow the 4 Billings Ovulation Method guidelines when TTA:

Early Day Rules
1. No intercourse during heavy menstruation.
2. Alternate evenings are available for genital contact during Basic Infertile Pattern (dry or unchanging continuous discharge).
3. Wait if there is any change from the BIP in sensation or appearance including bleeding. If there is no Peak and BIP returns, wait 3 more days. Rule 2 continues.

Peak Rule
4. From the 4th day past the Peak intercourse is available at any time. The egg is dead.

DH always pulls no matter what so I don't use the alternating days rule. I do the if I feel wet then no the after confirmed ovulation I wait 3 days then sex anytime. Also, none during my period.
