Using the Last Menstrual Period (LMP) is the most accurate way to calculate a due date. Is this fact or fiction?
This is fiction. Using the LMP is only accurate if a woman ovulates/conceives on or near day 14 of her cycle. Ironically, only 12% of women ovulate near day 14. Calculating a due date based on the date of ovulation/conception is the most accurate way.
