New analysis published Novemer 10th/07 in the Lancet Medical Journal shows the link between the pill and cervical cancer.

You know when you tell people this they never believe you because they've linked cancer to stuff that is just ridiculous...kwim? Like you can come up with 1000 things cancer is linked to so people don't believe any of them!

You know it was the same way with smoking. How many decades did take for the public to start believing that it REALLY was causing health problems? It's amazing how hard people will fight against the facts if they don't want to believe something. The most popular tactic seems to be shoot the messenger when the message is too uncomfortable. But the truth catches up eventually...and unfortunately.

Yeah, I know, it's sad...
I have quite a few friends that don't use bc cuz they do believe it is dangerous, they don't so much use NFP either, they are not active sexually most of the time...

Interesting article.......u know what was really ironic, was when that page loaded up the ad that was displayed right next to the article was for some new bcp called Seasonique. Like they might not want to display that particular ad beside that particular article!!!
