Hi ladies! I'm popping over from the Frugal Mommies board. Thanks for posting the invite JessP

I'm Michelle. Not really that frugal, but recently got into couponing and always shop sales and clearance racks.

Up to this point I don't do a budget, but am thinking I need a way to better save for specifics like Christmas or a certain item or activity that we want.

I look forward to posting with and sharing and learn from you ladies

For Christmas savings, check out your local credit union and see if they have an interest-bearing holiday account--the money isn't available to withdraw until the holiday shopping season begins so you can't be tempted to borrow from it

And I recommend a credit union because a lot of banks don't pay interest on those accounts--the interest may not be a lot but it's still something!
