How do you pay your bills if you don't write checks? Our bills are taken directly from our checking account. I do have to write checks for hubby's hangar rent and fuel purchases for the month and then for things like license plate renewal, gifts, etc.
I write two checks a month--rent and our water bill. Everything else I pay online. Nope, I don't have the bank send checks--I have a ton from when I worked there and got them free and even though they are the wrong address now (had to quit because I was moving to a different state), I still use them because hey, they were free!
When DD was in all day Kindergarten I was writing one check a month. Now that she is done I don't write any. I either have my bank to it or I have an automatic deposit done. Online banking is so nice .
Do you write checks anymore? Yes. on the rare occasion I put money on my son's lunch account for school (only as a treat) or buy Scholastic books or send anything in for the PTO that's always in a check. I also write a check to the company that cleans my home every 2 weeks as well as my gardener once a week. Other than that not anything major. I don't use checks to pay any major bills, just to send to school with my son and to pay individuals that I've hired for sutff.
Do you have your bank send checks? Yes, I do bill pay online in which case my bank sends a bank check to the company I'm paying.
How do you pay your bills if you don't write checks? I use online bill pay through my bank.
