I will be leaving my employer that I have a 401K with after I have this baby in July. I will need to roll that money over to an IRA or some sort of investments. My husband has a simple IRA (savings account) through his employer but it isn't invested it is more like a savings account that his company matches his contributions. Do any of you have IRA's with companies not connected to your employer. What company do you have and why do you like them??
I'd recommend that you go see a CPA who is recommended in your area and discuss your options with them based on your wants, needs, etc to find out what would work best for you. There are more options than just an IRA, so may be worth going to see a professional to discuss with them.
