Thanks, Chrystal.

We've just had a HUGE change of plans... due to some *ahem* miscalculations it looks like baby #2 will be here this fall. A bit of a surprise.

Looking back now, it makes sense why the refinance wouldn't work but yet the bank was more than willing to give us a mortgage for the same amount. Things happen for a reason and all that.

We're waiting to hear from someone who might be interested... and if they're not then we're going to be putting this one on the market next week. I'd wait longer before selling, except that moving and potty training and switching to a big bed AND a new baby might be too much for Cara to cope with if it all comes at her too quickly.

I know it's unexpected, but CONGRATS ANYWAY!!!

So... do you want me to just take you off the list for now? You can always come back and start over later. We don't mind re-doing things. Let me know what's on your mind and how you want to do this. Until then, the best advice I can give you is to put all of your money toward the smallest debt first to pay it off quickly. Keep paying the minimums on the others. When the first is paid off, roll that payment into the next smaller one, then the next, and so on until you're making huge payments at the end on just one debt.

Thanks It was a bit of a shock... but we're adjusting. LOL Guess there was a good reason why it was going so smoothly to buy the bigger house, but the refinance just wouldn't work out. Another plus, if we get what we want to for this house, then we'll be left with just our mortgage, and maybe a car payment.

But yeah, probably best to take me off the list for now.
