How are you all doing ladies? hey there! Sorry, I've been so busy!!! (although I know we all are)

Any good, happy family news to share? My DD just had her 1st birthday and my DS is about to have his 4th ... although it's hard too because my mom isn't here to see them (and never met DD) some milestones have the joy and sorrow.

Were doing better here. My MIL has met a wonderful man that treats her good. And his wife died that same time as my FIL. It still seems strange that I'm not seeing my grandma anymore. I still have hard days dealing with that. But it's not as often anymore.

Things are okay here. Still missing my mom everyday, but it does get better. Good news - we are expecting our 2nd little girl in November!

Doing well also. Days just keep going by really fast. August 5th was the 14th anniversary of my Dad's passing and then the next day the dog we had bought to help me through his death died. It feels so weird not having her at my Mom's.

Like Crystal, we're also expecting baby girl #2 in November even though she has no name yet.

I'm doing alright, i have my moments where I miss my dad, but they're more related to the fact he's missing out on things, like my wedding and eventual first child.

Um... my mom has a boyfriend, which was a huge surprise. I'm still not sure how I feel about it, but she got really defensive when she told me about him, telling me all the things he does for her... and I realized I was the same way about DF, so that does make me feel better.

I'm generally okay, but a bit irritated today...about some work stuff.

Good news--my youngest brother and his wife had their baby last Wednesday and I got to see her. Also, Leo will be turning three on the fifth of September.

Aah, I'm late to the party as usual. I still have my off days where I miss my dad like crazy, but for the most part it is getting a little easier to handle.

Hmm.....new things? Well, I'm not expecting a baby Congrats to all the ladies that are tho But my rainbow baby turns a year old in less than a month, which totally blows my mind.

i have been in therapy for a while with my father's death. I just finally was able to accept the suicide after a year even though I am still angry with him.

My wonderful daughter will be 4 in October and she brightens up my life lately with her different birthday themes that she wants.

I'm late too, but I wanted to stop in and say hi. I've hit a rough patch with my dad, but it's a little too much drama to post on the main board. Just makes me miss my mom a whole lot more than normal, which is already a lot! I guess life must go on though.

Nothing terribly new and exciting going on. Just getting ready for the twins to do their last year of preschool. My how time flies! My little guy is running like a maniac, and is just learning to sing, so that always makes me laugh! Thank goodness I've got 3 kiddos to distract me when I'm stressed out!

It's never too late! I'm going to start having a monthly check-in thread, but don't worry, I'll pm you all when it's up.

It's good to hear lovely kiddo news, and for those of you in tricky times xxx

I haven't been on JM much for quite a while because the stress of secondary infertility is a bit overwhelming at times. I still miss Dad all the time. Really had a hard time visiting family this year because my mother announced her engagement. UGH. I was able to bring my Dad's dog home with me though. No one was taking care of her the way he did (not mistreating her, just not spoiling her like he did!) and since they are all moving on or moving out, no one had room for this huge dog (Siberian Husky) so she came home with me! I love having her at the house..... kind of like having a part of Dad back, and I know he would be proud of the way I am taking care of her.

Dad's birthday, the holidays and then the anniversary of his death are right around the corner, so I'll probably be around more now. :/

Well, you are very welcome.

I was just looking through the date list and can see we have a few anniversaries coming up. You ladies must feel free to vent/talk here and all the dates in the sticky will be commemorated - I can't promise on the day because my memory sucks but certainly sometime in the right week.

Hi ladies, I want to apologize from the bottom of my heart for not being active in the last few months, things have been so busy and I just haven't had time to barely breath let alone come on here. My daughter Breilyn keeps me very much on my toes!

I am doing well, I still cry from time to time, but they are good tears, I promise! I know my mother is watching over me and that proved to be true when I was in a car accident in January of 2011, very very scary, my car was totaled but thank the Heaven's above that my children were not with me, but I know my mom was also watching over me, because the accident could have been far worse than what it was.

I am hoping to have my mother's headstone paid off with taxes, I do have it ordered but it's not carved yet as I've only paid $100 down on it and my brother said he was going to help but he became really sick and missed 3 weeks of work so I completely understand his money tightness right now, as well as us, so DH and I agree'd to pay it off with taxes.

I hope you ladies are doing well, and I hope to be coming on more often now!
