I have my two kids with ADHD.
I have it too. It's very frustrating. It really interrupts my life sometimes. Honestly it's just hard to deal with!

I'm curious if any of you have ADD/ADHD, and any coping methods you have? Or meds that are successful?

I'm currently on Effexor XR, to help with the chronic depression and anxiety. But it doesn't always help, and I'm just horrid at trying to help my kids with getting things together and keeping neat. I wish i was better at it!

I don't have it, but 2 out of my 4kids do and it's very frustrating. I am in an anti depressant but that's it.

I've had it since I was in kindergarten I say... Someone just pointed it out to me and I went to the doctor.. I had sooooo many different issues growing up and was just labeled a loud, talkative, hyper kid... I got in so much trouble... My grades were horrible and I could go on and on... Wasn't until we saw these things in Lacey and then someone pointed it out in me.. Now that I'm on Vyvanse I feel so clear headed and what I guess to be normal. I can pretty much promise that my 4 year old is ADHD but only time will tell. My family and friends don't like me on the medicine because they say I"m different but I just tell them they will get use to it..lol I also like some of the side affects... Best thing I ever have done!
