does your child have an iep or 504 in place at school?

My oldest has an IEP but it mostly has to do with autism related things and he has a weak pencil grip, nothing about behaviors though.
I'm thinking its getting to the point that my daughter will have to get a 504 if things continue as they have been.

We home-school but if he does ever go we would push for an iep before enrolling.

No, we don't. The district I live in only does IEPs if the child's ADHD interferes with them keeping up with the class academically. Because my child is profoundly gifted and very responsive to his medication we receive no services.
