Ours is about 45 minutes, which is bathing, dressing and having breakfast (2 children and 1 disorganised adult - me, LOL! DH is long gone to work when we start getting ready so he doesn't count).

Routine, like Hazel said!! That is the key word here

It takes us about an hour, but we have a relaxed routine. I get up and shower and get dressed, lay out his clothes, get him up and he gets dressed while I fix breakfast. We eat together (this is the longest part of the morning) He takes his meds, I fix his lunch box. We brush teeth, wash faces, get socks and shoes on and if there is extra time he reads, or if there is a lot of extra time he gets TV or computer time.
