I didn't really have any bad reflux to deal with in my boys but I know a few moms in my PR did and some are still dealing with it. Maybe you should check out the feeding forums. Like if you are BF'ing you could check there or if you are formula feeding you could ask there?

Thanks Nicole (MommaDucks) for my new & awesome siggy.
My little guy had it (has it?). We tried two different medicines but neither seemed to work and they were a pain to get just the right amount for such a little guy. We ended up stopping the medicine altogether and just dealing with it because he was still gaining weight. He still spits up quite a bit, but it's getting better!
