This is the cesarean section support board, as the definition of the board states, it is for women who "will need to, or have had a c-section"
ANYONE who has had a cesarean, or is going to have one, is more than welcome to post here, and share *their* c-section experience, whether it was positive or negative... A lot of our ladies who post here are planning their first c-section, and they often come here to get the benefit of other members experiences - whether positive or negative, to help give them an idea of what they can expect, and be aware of the things that can potentially go wrong....
It is to be expected that members WILL post about negative experiences, and this is more than allowed, they come here for SUPPORT, or to support others who have potentially been through the same thing. In the same way - it is to be expected that members WILL post about their positive experiences, and these shouldn't be seen as a poster ignoring, or denying the fact that a cesarean is a serious surgical procedure - they are sharing their positive experiences, to let other members know, that a cesarean CAN be a happy experience..
When reading posts on this board, try to keep all of this in mind. Please don't debate on threads - the heated debate board is the perfect place if you DO wish to discuss your opinions more firmly...
