when it comes to ob/mw appointments, what is your average waiting time beforehand?

I think the most I have had to wait in either pregnancy was about 10 minutes.. i guess that's part of the advantage of going to a private m/w practise as opposed to a hospital one (well, here anyway lol)

Well early in my pregnancy I went to a OB where the average wait was 30-45 mins, by the time I was 16 weeks I switched to a different one though. With the second OB the longest wait was an hour but it was because he had to deliver a baby and got his schedule all screwed up, so I didn't mind. Most of the time it was 20 mins or less. Especially as I got further in my pregnancy. Both were private practices. I found it was best to schedule appts around 1pm because that was when they got back from lunch so there was noone ahead of me.

The wait time was never too bad (~5 minutes) at my OB because I always made my appointments for first thing in the morning or right after lunch. But when I had to go to the high risk OB it was horrible! I would have to wait for at least 30 minutes and as much as an hour!

I've never waited more than 10 minutes. But...I'm always 15 minutes early. So...technically....I'm being seen 5 minutes before my appt time usually.

My OB was actually early most of the time. I only waited a long time when I had to see another provider in that practice and for my PP visit and both of those were 30 minutes.

when pg with Nolan, I used to have to wait anywhere from 30 mins to 3 hours for my appts with my ob-there are 3 in our city and they're VERY busy.
right now I'm seeing my gp, and the most I wait is 15 mins usually
