Sorry if this is TMI but it's bothering me...

So I had a c-section 6 months ago. Ever since then, it seems like my vagina is "misplaced", haha...maybe that's not a good way to explain it.

Basically, I thought my vagina was just very swollen for a while (and it has gone done some) but it seems like it is no longer swollen, yet it still is misplaced.

Like my public bone shifted during labor? The public bone itself is pushed forward quite a bit now...so odd.

Was I just "put back together" after my c-section wrong, lol!

I've heard this is very common and I totally felt like that after having my son. Nothing felt "right" inside and sex was unbearable for awhile. My cervix felt out of place, my uterus felt low, etc. It took some time but, my son is 6 mos old and it's been fine for a few months for me.

If you haven't already, talk to your doctor about it.

I don;t have a good answer for you. For me the uterus took a LONG time to get back to where it should be. It was really low. It took 4 months or longer for it to shrink and then some more time to move back to its normal position.

Maybe give it a little more time and if it's still like that ask the Dr to take a look.

I can only say that my vagina was VERY swollen after this - my 3rd cesarean. I actually thought something was really wrong. It has gone down alot but still is swollen at 7 days post op. It may be that something happened to your pelvic bones - I mean, they do widen in pregnancy and childbirth, so maybe thats what it is. I would mention it to your OB.
