It has been 2 months since I lost my son and stil haven't started ANY bleeding. Is that normal? I went to a dr. that is not my own and they said they are not worried at all. It is frustrating em because I am ready to start trying again. How long did it take you to bleed?

I don't know for sure, but I think that it can take several months for your hormones to regulate after giving birth. Have you ever charted before ? If so you may want to start temping so that you get back into the swing of it and it can tell you when you finally do ovulate so you know when to expect AF.

I'm so sorry for your loss I didn't get my period back after I had my son until 6 months but I was breastfeeding and that helps slow it down too... Even without breastfeeding, it does take a while for your body to regulate back to normal with all the hormones from the pregnancy and all...I'm assuming you bled right after you had your son though and it has since stopped and now you are just waiting on your period correct? If you didn't bleed at all after you had him, that would be cause for concern to me and I would worry about retained placenta or something. Good luck!

That is very strange to me! You should've had some bleeding...I would call your dr and also get a second opinion.
