I had y second C-Section 2months ago, now i know the general rule is to wait 3months before trying for another child but i had a 2inch gap open and 2infections, its better now, but has tis increased my waiting time? i would love to try for another now, but i dont want it to be dangerous for my baby, my Alfee is 2yrs and 3mnths and my Casey is 2mnths.. I feel ready to start trying now!but I'm not so sure my body is.
Has anyone had their babies close together? What was the outcome and how was the delivery and healing?
I think they say 2 years apart is best for c-sections. I had my first via c-section,and then 5 months later was pregnant with my second. I am now pregnant with my third, and it will be another c-section.
My first two are 16 months apart. My OB never told me any length of time to weight between births. Then I had DS# 3, 21 months after my 2nd c-section. So, I had three c-sections in just over three years w/out any complications.
How are you feeling with the pregnacy? my first 2 are 2yrs 1mnth apart, and had no pain through the pregancy, is your second and third going to be close in age also?
this pregnancy is SO much different, not in a painful way just everything seems to be happening faster. My first 2 were 13.5 months apart, this new baby will be 4 years behind my first and just under 3 behind my second.
I suggest you wait, although I didn't have any complications my second c-section and it definitely was sooner than 2 years
