With my first son I had a brief birth plan. That all went out the window when I ended up laboring for 3 days and then had an emergency section after which he didn't breathe. So the second time around my birth plan was three words: "Get baby breathing." Seriously, I handed that to my nurses and doc. LOL.
My 1st c/s was emergency/unplanned, but all of my future deliveries will have to be c/s! I'd like to have a birth plan for my future deliveries and I'd be interested to read any c/s specific birth plans!

I talked with my OB ahead of time about my wants but didn't give them a Birth Plan. If I am ever blessed with another I will have a specific Birth plans since they didn't follow a lot of my wishes ( Like no tape due to an allergy )
I didn't have a birth plan with my first two. #1 was an emergency #2 was scheduled. With my 3rd I didn't exactly have a birth plan but I discussed my desires ahead of time and was able to have all I asked for.
Some hospitals require your arms to be tied down and I didn't want that again.
Some won't let you have your baby in the recovery room.
I had a birth plan for a vaginal delivery ahead of time but after it was decided we would do the c-section the week before 95% of it didn't apply anymore. My biggest thing was if something happened to me I wanted DH with Megan the entire time. Which helped because I ended up being put under at the last second so I was out for almost 4hrs after and Megan was able to stay with David. I know for sure next time I'm asking for my arms to be strapped down because they weren't and they didn't offer. I started to reach for my stomach because of the pain so I wished they had been tied down.

I did have things I wanted done with my last c/s. I wanted Caleb to stay with me in the OR...none of this going to the nursery. DH would hold him, after I was ready to move to recovery, I'd have him skin-to-skin as I'm wheeled out of the OR. It would have happened if he hadn't been born at 34 weeks. They did let me see him and hold him and considered keeping him in the OR, but I really wanted to make sure he was ok, so he did go to the nursery. I did get that skin-to-skin time right after I got into recovery since he checked out fine.
