I had 3 c-sections about in 3 years. 1st on in July 2008, 2nd in February 2010 & 3rd in July 2011. I know I want one more baby. Has anyone had 4 c-sections?? if so, how close were they?

I think there are a couple of ladies here who have had 4 maybe? I've only had 3 and as much as I would love to have another little one my body can't handle a 4th section due to medical issues I had with my daughter.

hey Im not sure how close they say but i have had 4 c-sections. i just found out im pregnant so im going to be having my 5th. I know they don't want a woman having to many c-sections. but all i can say is if you want another one yeah it will be ok. i did it. its just the same as with all my other c-sections. just be careful and let your body heal.

I will be having my 4th c-section in March. My first 3 were fairly close together. They were all about 18 months apart. This one will be 3 1/2 years after my last.

I had 5 c-sections and God willing will be having a 6th in the future. My first 4 were between 2000-2004 and the 5th was October 2011. During my last c-section the ob told me I had very little scar tissue and there was no reason why I couldn't have another c-section. That being said, she also told me that in the past she has seen people have 2 c-sections and have a lot of scar tissue and were told they shouldn't have anymore. So it really depends on the person and how they heal, but for many it is certainly possible to have more than 3, or even more than 5. Dh and I are getting ready to NTNP and if we don't get pg in 6 months then we will move into actively ttcing.
