I had an epidural with my last c-section and i felt ok with it..this time around doc says that they will use a spinal and i have been worried sick about it I have NO experience with the spinal at all....any coomforting words?
Not sure if you've delivered yet or not, but a spinal is nothing to be scared of. I did not have an epi with any of my three boys. They gave me a spinal after realizing no matter what I wasn't getting passed 8 with DS1. I feel they may have overdone it a little when they were doing the spinal and trying to stop my contractions. I hated that I couldn't feel as quickly as I would have liked after the procedure. The second time was no big deal and my feeling came back quickly. My third time I was nervous about doing it without being in labor, but it wasn't bad either. I'm hoping this time I feel better going in because they had to calm me down a little with DS3 before the putting the spinal in. I had to breathe deeply...

I am having my 3rd c-section on Friday. I have talked to my OB about a possible 4th pregnancy and she said she feels I would be fine.

This thread is making me feel better. I just had my 1st c-section and people are scaring me by saying that I will only be able to have one more child because of the csection.

I'd like to say, I'm back! We're due for our 4th c-section and last, in September/October pending hearing baby's heartbeat. Once again, thank you ladies for all your input! I'll let you know how this one goes

I am wanting to have a 4th child via c section. I was told at my last c section that my uterus was thin but the surgeon cut a lot of old scar tissue out. does anybody have any experience that relates
