Has anyone ever had to deal with a yeast infection around your incision? What can you use for it if you are breastfeeding. My doctor isn't in till Monday and I really don't want to go to the hospital and wait 6 hours to be seen. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had to deal with this, as I read it's very common after c sections?

I had one on my incision after my 3rd. I dont remember what I took/did for it RX wise, I think I took an antibiotic but I could be wrong. I kept it very clean and put gauze on top of the incision to keep it dry and it healed up. Thats why you get it, moisture, from that lovely skin flap that hangs over the incision :/ Hope it clears up soon!

I had it after my second. The Dr. gave me some kind of perscription powder to put on it and said make sure I dry the area very well after showers.
