I am about to have my second C-section in early July and saw these underwear called c-panties. They claim to help with recover and comfort and even have a high underwear that claims to help your muscles come back to normal after birth. Any have any experience with these?

I didn't use that, but I did use a belly binder. Those look pretty much like spanx to be honest. I know I would get annoyed with having to pull that thing up and down when I had to go to the bathroom. I just used a belly binder.

I've never seen those, but while your incision is healing, you will want to wear 'breathable' ones, and it doesn't sound like those would be. Maybe they would be good after the incision heals. I did not use a belly binder with my first c-section, but did with my second, and honestly, I don't think it made much of a difference.

I prefer big ole nasty granny panties and yoga pants with a fold-over top to provide some support.
