I have always had super sensitive, easily broken out skin... it was very common for me to get a couple about one nice size cystic pimple a month... for some reason I only ever get the cystic ones... not normal ones.

but since I get pregnant, I pretty much ALWAYS have a massive cystic pimple. Usually on my chin... as soon as one goes away... another pops up!

Ive tried a few creams, but they mostly just dry the skin on top of the pimple (since cystic pimples are actually below the skin)...

Anyone have any experience with them? Any recommendations?

Unfortunately i have had some issue with these as well. I was on an antibiotic (oral) which was awesome, but since TTC i had to come off it and they put me on a topical antibiotic. The topical doesn't really help me and has been drying out my skin as well. The derm said there's not much to do besides that. However i came across an all natural product which I just got and am trying out. So far it seems to be working well, it hasn't even been a week yet but i see an improvement. The brand is NativeRemedies and the product is ClearSkin Skin Wash™. There is the face wash and also a face gel.

Here's the website that describes the product. (also i found it cheaper on amazon.com)
ClearSkin - Natural Skin Care Product to Clear Your Facial Pimples

When going to sleep last night and using that product i mentioned, i remembered my friend saying that tea tree oil works wonders too and it doesn't dry out your skin. Tea tree oil is an ingredient in that product but you can also buy it separately from what i understand.
