Do you like your skin tone?

Do you tan your skin?

I have really embraced my pale skin. I love the look of flawless porcelain skin. I avoid the sun on my face and always wear spf. I never, ever tan.

I have pale skin, but I also have a very yellowish tinge to my skin at its pale-est I have to use tone evening products. This can all be avoided IF I have a natural slight tan, my skin tone evens out then. I don't live in a country where this is possible all year around without it being fake and I don't want fake tan on my face and I will not lay on a tanning bed. I too will always wear and SPF because as much as I like a little tan, I do it as safely as I can

I have light but not pale skin with slight olive undertones. I do not tan under any circumstances.

I have fair skin and people often told me that I was pale but I'm not. Anyway I still love my skin tone no matter what.

I have a slight wheatish skin tone and so I don’t have to go for tanning. I prefer going natural everywhere. So my skin tone tends to be a bit fairer when I go up North and a slighter dark when I go down South. I love my skin when I am in Miami.

Here are some tips for skin tone........

Do you sit at your desk for hours, only getting up to go to the bathroom? One of the best things you can do for your skin, stress level, and overall health is to get moving! Inactivity may affect skin and promote bloating and puffiness, acne, cellulite, and loss of muscle tone. You'll learn more about exercise in of the Wellness Makeover. Here are some quick suggestions:
Most people do not realize this but excess sugar is considered one of the main causes of premature aging. The more sugar we eat, the more sugar we have entering our bloodstream. Over time, this can result in a process known as glycation, which is when a glucose (sugar) molecule damages a protein molecule by sticking to it. The new molecules formed are called advanced glycation end-products, or AGEs. AGEs damage collagen in skin, cartilage, and ligaments and promote a loss of elasticity. Wrinkles form and skin begins to sag.

i have pale with pink undertones... I love the pale porcelain skin tones, but my pink undertones just make my face look reddish... In the summer time the sun (even with SPF on) naturally evens out my skin a little, but winter time I'm PALE PALE PALE!!! My MIL says I should fake 'n' bake, but I refuse!!!
