It's been about a month since I last did this. So here it is for this month.

Remember, you can ask anything you want about hair products, hair styles, hair styling tools, different chemical services etc.

If you want advice on a new style for yourself, your children, your SO or whoever, make sure to include a picture and a brief explanation of what you do with your hair typically so I can get an idea and base it off of what suits the facial shape.

Do you know much about the Deva Curl?
My sister is raving about it and recommended it but wondered how it works. Thanks .

I have actually never heard of the Deva Curl. Wish I could help you with that one.

how I usually have it, due to kids (I dont think its that flattering though) pulled back in ponytail

Carrie I responded to your thread in our DDC. I didn't however suggest color for you. I like the color and cut that are in the middle top picture. The only things I would change is to maybe add carmel highlights around the face and to add a little more layering to it. That cut on you in itself is very flattering. I would definitely go with that or something very similar that is a bit shorter (to help keep you from pony tailing it). That's what I've got for ya hun. Good luck with it and I'd love to see pics from when you are redone.

Hi! I'm just now popping in from the Sept. 2011 DDC, and wondered what you would recommend for very damaged hair? It has been bleached a couple of times and is dry and brittle. Now when I blow dry it, it looks like a lion's mane. Any ideas?

I would go to one of your local salons and get a couple of conditioning treatments done to start with. That'll at least reboost it a little bit. Then while you are in the salon, pick up some Biolage Conditioning Balm. What you will do with that is coat your hair with it after you have shampooed. Use a hot towel from the dryer and wrap it around your head with the conditioner on it. Leave it on for about 20 minutes. When drying your hair, you are going to want to use a moisturizing cream. I would suggest Great Clips Solutions line Glossing cream before drying and after drying. Hope this helps some.

Well, being awesome comes naturally to me. Of course though, loving what you do and really having the talent for it helps as well. Does that answer your question Katie?
