What is the best one that stays on your lower eyelids and how do I make it stay there without wearing off???? I use Rimmel right now and it always wears off in a couple of hours.

I have one that's Almay and one that's Avon. Both are good about staying on (see i'm honest about competitor's too. LOL). One way that I ensure they stay on is I kinda put them on the lashes a bit too while I'm putting it on. That way even if wears off my eye, is still on the lashes and gives the appearance of being there.

I use Mary Kay eyeliner, and in the past have used Cover Girl. Those have both worked for me. It might also be beneficial to use a bit of a dark eyeshadow along the lashline. That helps with making the eyeliner "stick" on the eye.

You should wear a primer like urban decay primer potion and use a waterproof eyeliner, urban decay has a lot of pretty colors to choose from.

There are various product regarding eyeliner and eye makeup and different people opt for different kinds of eye makeup. You have to select eye makeup according your eye style, color and preference.
