Time to Give Your Tresses Some TLC
You do have hair, don't you? Judging from your routine, it's hard to tell. Give your poor, beleaguered tresses a break and cut back on the blow-drying, the coloring, the products -- and the sun exposure. Low-maintenance doesn't mean no maintenance. Soap? On your hair? Be real. It'll certainly cleanse the smorgasbord of products you're piling on -- and any natural oils your hair may have left. Do some weeding in the medicine cabinet as well. And we hate to sound like your mother, but get a haircut! Getting the right cut for your hair texture and face shape is the first step on the road to hair heaven.
