Do you eat healthy? What are your tips for eating healthy? No I dont eat healthy. I should being a Fitness Instructor, but I still dont. Tips I have are just eat your reccommended daily intake of fresh fruit and veggies. Look for a low Glycemic Index (GI) when possible.
Do you walk? Yes, everyday.
Do you play a sport? Yes, netball.
Do you stretch or do yoga? I stretch before I walk and run, also I do Body Balance which is great for flexibility.
Do you meditate? Only in Body Balance.
Do you have a daily health regime? Yes, I wake up, have breakfast then go for a walk.
Do you have any tips on how to stay healthy and fit? WALK WALK WALK! Its so good for you!
