When did you ladies cut back on the nursings that your LO had a day? How old was your LO? I'm not looking to significantly reduce Josiah's nursing, but wondering if I replaced a nursing right before bed with a bottle of EBM if that might trigger AF to return? I'm just looking for things I could do to bring back AF thats all.

I have not ever cut out nursing until after 12 months other then STTN. the twins started that at 2 months and did it until 5.5 months and then again at about 9 months they sometime get up in the night nut not very often now.. I am cutting out nursing now that they are 13 months they only got to nurse 3 times each yesterday. Today they have bf 2 times for Zurri and 3 for Zaith. They might get to nurse a couple more times today. But even with STTN no AF here.... Sorry I am not much help..

Asher started STTN very early on and it caused AF to return. But only now that he is a year old he's started to cut back on his own. If I don't offer during the day he's perfectly content with once when he first wakes up and once before bed.
