My DD is 11 weeks old and I'm exclusively breastfeeding. I've had no sign of ovulation, no CM no cramping...nothing. I had to use clomid after a year of charting to get pregnant this last time and it took 9 months of NTNP to get pregnant the first time I got pregnant. DH and I would like 1 more child and I'd like to start charting but when do I start since it'll be forever until I get AF??
Hi there and welcome! I would start charting now. Normally, as in when not bfing, charts start with the first day of af but since it may be a long time before you get af you can just start whenever. Charting now will give you a chance to catch the first o before your first af. Good luck!!!
I started charting awhile before my first PP AF. I didn't start until she was over 12 mo, so I got my hopes up, then got frustrated and quit. My temps kind of went up and down, but never really did anything. It would probably give you a good baseline for when you do start TTC in earnest. Good luck!
