Has anyone ever heard of this or had experience taking this while BFing? I was reading things online and they say a lot of BFing moms take this to help them get pregnant while BFing. So I was wondering what your opinions was on this? TIA!

I heard that it helps, but it can decrease your milk supply. There is also B6, its a more gradual process, but doesn't effect your milk or anything! If I'm still not pregnant when Meg is 1 & my LP is still short, I will consider using it.

I did a quicknsearch for you, here is what i found...

Pretty much everything says its safe while bfing, some things say that it helps with milk production and others say it may cause a decrease. Alot of women have used it and it has helped so i would say its worth a shot. There are always ways to increase your supply if it starts to drop or you can just stop taking the vitex. Also as debbie suggested B6 would be a good alternative. HTH! GL!

I bought some to try this cycle. I started it on cd1, and ended up stopping it by cd5 or so. It made me feel sick. I am now trying the B6 instead!
